The specialist is a wonderful business owner and person, very punctual and kind. He did a great job removing pet odor and staining from the carpet and gave me peace of mind before I move to a new apartment. He communicated often, and was very flexible when I needed to reschedule and to complete the service in the evening when I had time off of work. Less than 2 hours and everything was clean.
I have been a customer of this company for 9 years. This company is the best. The owner is so easy to work with when scheduling appointments or just asking questions. The technician is definitely an expert whether cleaning wall to wall or area rugs, I have both. He is friendly and definitely cares about the quality of his work. He also does a great job on upholstered pieces. Many carpet cleaning companies do not clean upholstered furniture but this company does. I am a very happy, satisfied customer.
Placed a call for my rental unit and received an immediate response with service within 24 hours. The service was phenomenal as were the results. Highly recommend.
The professionals at this company exceeded all of my expectations with their expert knowledge and courteous demeanor, ensuring a flawless experience for my damaged rug carpet cleaning.
5 out of 5 stars, each star for friendly staff, quality work, quick service, good value, and overall experience. This company were very friendly and explained everything clearly. They did professional carpet cleaning and tackled a few stains without any fuss. I felt well taken care of and will definitely call them again.
