My carpets haven't looked this good in years.
Carpet cleaning itself seems fine. However, beware, this doesn't seem to be a local, Ramsey-based business. The technician didn't even remember what company he was working for. He said he's "contracted" by Ramsey Upholstery & Carpet. I had to pay him directly via Venmo, which seemed a little sketchy. When I called the "business" to check, they didn't answer Ramsey Upholstery & Carpet. This seems to be just a service that hires some 3rd party, so who knows what you're going to get.
Simple process and excellent carpet cleaning results.
