Everything was fine
Was my first visit to the Subaru service center in Mahwah, NJ and was delighted to see how easy it was. The waiting area was roomy and clean. It was a busy day but was on my way knowing my car got a total check over. Thank you.
I was having transmission issues with my 2020 Outback that needed to be replaced and Isaiah was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure we were promptly notified while the service was being completed. I also found the reverse shifting was sticking after the repair and he again made sure we were taken care of.
