I took my car yesterday up to Subaru Service in Mahwah since I was having an issue with my new cell phone connecting to the Bluetooth. They were able to get it connected eventually. Isaias the service rep worked very hard to get it to work. They also checked out my entire car and didn't charge me. Plus washed my car inside and out. Removed some marks on the outside of my car which I really appreciated. Thank you.
Great maintenance service
The whole staff was amazing. Made us feel like we were family and happy to see us. It truly makes a difference when people are just genuinely nice! I’ll be recommending everyone to the dealer and service center for sure!!
Shout out to Matt and Max in the service department for the fast, thorough, and expert service they provided for me yesterday. Max was able to get me in same day for a check engine light. Matt was able to expertly diagnose the problem immediately, had the part on hand, and installed it in no time. Communication was great and my vehicle was returned back to me cleaner than when it arrived. Thanks again Max and Matt!
