Amazing communication and honest service. They never push me to get things done that don’t need to get done right away. I love the video walkthrough of my vehicle too!
Has typically always been good. But today, I had my appointment scheduled for 8am. Didn’t get the video overview from the technician until 9am and then still had to wait until 10am for my name to be called up front for payment. Did it take an hour to wash my car? Could have been faster.
Drew was great to work with. Good communication and up front with costs and warranty information. Fast turnaround on my vehicle and provided a loaner in the meantime.
The staff is very helpful. Morgan went over what parts were needed for the repair and scheduled the follow up appointment to complete the job
