Made an appointment for at 9:15am I arrived at 8:53 and checked in for a oil change 10:06 rolls around and they are just taking my car back very disappointed in the service as someone who has to go to work and made a time where I could fit into my schedule just for my car not to be taking care of at the appointment time what is the point of an appointment if its not being done on appointment time.
Thank you to everyone who helped me at Ramsey Subaru. They helped me feel confident about my vehicle and the work that was done, and made the process so easy.
Truly cannot express just how much I hate dealing with Ramsay Subaru and it's associates. I bought my Subaru in 2019 and it was going fine for awhile. I've always brought it to Ramsay for service as I felt that they'll know more about my vehicle than the other options. But this is pretty worthless given that they never listen to my concerns with my vehicle.
