I give the dealership side 1 star for being your typical scummy dealership knowingly selling people things they can't afford. I give the service department 0 stars for unsuccessfully trying to hose me out of $860 for a $50 part that didn't need to be replaced. I give the parts department 5 stars for being friendly and helping me find the parts I need to fix my car myself. I think that averages out to about 2 stars dealerships are for suckers

Great service center
Parts team is a joke, takes days or weeks of giving them exact part numbers, pointing it out on a screen and giving them the exact part for them to order it wrong numerous times and blame the customer. I wish the incidents were isolated but it's been this way with every part I've ever tried to get from them and every part anybody I know has tried to get, even been told over the phone "why would you order parts for a car that old?" Or even "you need to stop coming in here because we can't keep ordering parts for you" Like????... read more
