Bad attitudes! Nasty! I went in there to purchase a crossover. The young salesmen spoke down to me, offered $1,000 off an 07 vehicle that listed in the $45,000 range. They were plain nasty and rude to me and a very wealthy woman that came with me (If they only knew who she was.) If I wanted a 2008 they wanted sticker price. No way to sell a car!! My husband and I went to this dealership b/c of a used 2007 G35X that was on their lot. After spending 2 1/2 hours with the salesman and thinking we had agreed on a "deal" the salesman returned to the desk to inform us there had been an error with the numbers. He took the deal away and increased our monthly estimated payments by $60! Service does not stand behind their outside body work Bought two new infiniti's here. Needed body work on new FX35 as I hit deer. Ramsey sends cars to Franks in Hillburn Franks would not let adjuster see car. I had car picked up and Franks vandalized my car. Cut wires and tucked them back into the harness. Ramsey just says there are two sides to every story. Ramsey Infiniti serviced car before it was sent to Franks so it was an easy thing to prove. Ramsey Infiniti refused to look into this vandalism. We had been shopping for a 2020 Subaru Outback and ended up at Ramsey Subaru because I had seen good reviews for their dealership. Stan was awesome, very knowledgeable in general, and he answered all of our questions patiently (and I had a lot of questions because this was our first Subaru!) I had a great experience at Ramsey Subaru. My salesperson was Stan, he was very communicative, knowledgeable and low-pressure. This was my first lease and Stan made the process very easy. The folks I worked with in the finance department were great too, everything was very straightforward and explained thoroughly. I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Ramsey Subaru. I went in looking to test drive and left with an amazing car. Mauricio was extremely helpful, kind, patient and knowledgeable(as he answered all of my 1 million questions). He went above and beyond to get me everything I needed in the Ascent for my family. It was the best experience I have had buying a car. I highly recommend Mauricio and Ramsey Subaru.

First and foremost, it’s a shame that Facebook only allows 5 stars because if it were possible, I’d give Ramsey Subaru 100 stars. This dealership, is the only dealership I don’t refer to as a “stealership”. The employees at Ramsey Subaru go above and beyond for their customers to make sure everything you’re looking for is accommodated. These guys here actually care about the happiness of their customers. Huge shout out to Alex Petrushin for making this process easy and seamless, I will definitely be back in 2023 for an Sti!
