Ramsey Street Family Dental treated me with respect and kindness. Here in Fayetteville, unfortunately, that's hard to come by. Dr. Randall has my forever gratitude for his patience, knowledge and sense of humor. I needed an extraction and hee handled me exactly had I needed to be handled. I didn't feel any of the numbing shots, which still amazes me. I didn't give him much to work with and yet, he still had my severely broken tooth extracted in less than 3 mins. ****** THEY CANT DO NONE THING BUT CLEAN TEETH AND REFER YOU OUT AND FROM MY EXPERIENCE THEY CANT EVEN GET THE REFERRAL PROCESS RIGHT. IVE FOUND A PLACE THAT DOES IT ALL , SO GRATEFUL. **Issue #1 – My children were referred to the wrong dentist:** I was referred to a dentist who did not treat children. Because of that, my children’s dental care was delayed while I had to find another dentist who would see them. Had a great experience at the office. The front desk ladies are very nice,welcoming, and helpful. Dr.Cowherd is absolutely amazing!!!! And his assistant Mary as well!
I must say almost my whole life I’ve hated going to the dentist! To the point where my anxiety is through the roof whenever I would go. My first visit to Ramsey Street Family Dental was a few weeks ago due to a dental emergency. I needed two extractions that day and when I say Dr. Randall was heaven sent. Baby I didn’t even pass out when he was numbing me which is what would usually happen nor did I even feel him doing the extractions!!!!! 10 out of 10 is all I have to say.
