Look I know no one likes going to the Dentist, to include me but if you do have to go (everyone should) this is the one. This is the most comfortable a dentist office has ever made me feel. I was quick and efficient with the right amount of compassion and even a little humor.

Had a scheduled appointment, drove to office for appt, found no handicapped accessibility for the building! I called the office and was told they are "grandfathered in" and they refer their patients that need that access to another office, that doesn't take my insurance. Had they indicated on their website that they were not accessible, I would not have scheduled an appointment with them. They are lazy and have poor communication. Had a consultation for wisdom tooth pulling, said they could do it. The slow tall dentist was very lazy during the day of pulling. Looked at it for 2seconds said he couldn’t do it and blamed the assistants. He referred me to oral surgeon who pulled it with no problem and the oral surgeon told me he couldve easily pulled it. This dentist office looks nice but pure laziness.

Getting my tooth pulled today, however when I got my filling, they gave me some small prescription to help me calm down, so I’m doing that again. They are also very accommodating. I’m allowed to have my headphones in so that’s also a plus!

The front staff will lie to you. If you call and tell them what's wrong, they will claim everything can be done same day, but when you get there the receptionist will only book you for a cleaning. I had to tell what was wrong 3x when I got there and the doctor squeezed me in. The comment was Daisy does this all the time when I complained Daisy said you can go somewhere else, the conversation was over...
