I had such a wonderful experience with Alyssa, Jasil & JT. They made sure my vehicle purchase was 100% satisfactory through out the entire process. Would not recommend anybody but them! My first but not my last purchase with them!! See you in October for my wife’s new car!!
Great service
Excellent customer service, they knew what part I needed and got it for me and no time. Parts center was a little obscure but besides that they have all the parts I needed and were very willing to help me out!
I bought my 2023 Pathfinder from the dealership, and it was an OK experience, but the service department is TERRIBLE! On at least 3 occasions I had scheduled a service to show up on the day agreed to only have the woman at the front desk say that they don't have any record of an appointment. Clearly she didn't book it on their end and I had to come back on another day.
