This place is the most honest and genuinely caring service dealership you’ll find. Sara in service is the most amazing representative we’ve ever had, she genuinely cares for your concerns, safety and your vehicle. She went above and beyond for my mother’s Nissan Sentra 2020. My mother lives closer to a different Nissan location but we always end up going back to Ramsey Nissan no matter what. It is good to know that there are still good people and businesses around in the car industry.

Went for oil/filter change. Evert is, as always, very professional, courteous, and welcoming. I have been going to their Express service for years and don't like the switch of having to go to the main section for Express service. Seems to take away from the purpose of Express. Hence, the 4 stars.

It’s getting harder to find genuine five-star service lately. It feels like if you aren’t spending a ton of money, you just aren’t a priority.. and it shows in everything from the staff’s attitude (speaking only about the rep I dealt with) to the work itself. ​I recently went for an oil change and a "complimentary" tire rotation.
