I bought my 2023 Pathfinder from the dealership, and it was an OK experience, but the service department is TERRIBLE! On at least 3 occasions I had scheduled a service to show up on the day agreed to only have the woman at the front desk say that they don't have any record of an appointment. Clearly she didn't book it on their end and I had to come back on another day. I had a great experience taking my LEAF in for service, Allan my service advisor was amazing and very knowledgeable. His communication was amazing and he was very helpful. Definitely coming back to Ramsey Nissan in the future
Looking forward to this company (not the dealer) with their shitty CVTs being sold to Honda in a year or two. Oh, it's probably happening.
