Dr Ramsey is great although he says he will call you and never does. The office itself is not good at all. No one answers phones and twice I had to actually drive to the office to have some questions answered. Seriously thinking about changing doctors.
Saw NP, who ordered test. Over a week and no contact from office Have left 3 messages on my chart..no response.. Place ok when it was private but now that hospital has Taken over it is awful....wait times, over booked, not as Personable. Can’t receive return messages or calls I really like Dr. Ramsey, but you can’t see him you have To see NP who I really didn’t care for
My very first time meeting Dr. Ramsey was a God send. My opinion is that he is a very special and caring Dr. Thank you from the bottom of my ??.
Dr Ramsey listens and explains at each visit. He takes a personal interest in his patients..
