Great Sales pitch about qualify and service. However, quality of the build is poor. Service after the home is delivered even worse. If you purchase from them, plan on being the one who has to call time and again to get service scheduled. Been waiting for promised repairs over 6 months now. Ready to hire someone to do the repairs and send them the bill. Don't put yourself through the stress. If you can afford to build or buy a home, do it.
