First time there. In and out within 2 hrs. Not bad. Everyone was extremely pleasant. Nice service dept.
Owned a QX60 for 10 years. Did not buy it at Ramsey Infiniti but sometimes got serviced here. Always good service. Recently refused the repair because it would have cost more than the car is worth. They didn't charge me for the diagnosis. Much appreciated.
They are the best! They take care of the problem and make sure you have a loaner when needed. Been there a few times with small situations and they resolve them with great timing! Will def be back and we’re recommend to all!!!
