Love this place. Very professional staff and excellent technicians
On Wednesday July 30 2025 I had an appointment for an Express Oil change, I had coupons from Infiniti for $30 off oil change or 10% off labor & parts. Jennifer/advisor said they have same, advisor advised after Multi point inspection to do System Cooling Flush $325 which i approved as an avid user of Air Conditioning. 4 hours later I have 10% discount and I pay. I see online when I get home the System flush special is $178 !?! Called multiple times for refund $132.30. So busy NO returns your call!!!
I recommend you stay away from this dealership stay away very far from this dealership
