Great centre with caring doctors nurses and staff

Miserable and incompetent bunch, hiding behind fake politeness the standards need to be raised the fall off with the NHS is real. Avoid.
Awful Receptionists, Professional Gaslighters to take away from the fact their qualifications aren’t even the equivalent of a functional skills. Admitted to wasting my time. They told me to call in and didn’t bother answering way before lunch time so they can Act as if they’re busy so they can get paid. They act as if only one doctor exists and he can’t be bothered. Terrible place. Avoid at all Costs.
I've only been a patient here for a few months. I have received brilliant care and service. Especially from, at times, under pressure receptionists (who always seem to go above and beyond to help out) and the various Drs/Paramedics i've seen. Our previous surgery in kent just does not compare to the excellent service we've seen from Ramsey Health Centre. thank you to all of you who do that job, in what can be, difficult circumstances at times.
