Great food and awesome customer service
First time coming to Ramsey by train and was attended by Stephanie, who was so sweet. She prepared my sandwich how I asked, got every detail right, and made it fast. While I was waiting I was encaptivated by the cookies and ordered a bunch! Theyre so delicious, fresh, flaky, and not too sweet. I will definitely be back when I come up to Ramsey for work again! My bagel was delicious and the staff is very attentive and polite!
By far the best bagel shop I’ve been to in my life! My poppy seed, lox spread, red onion, tomato and capers bagel was generous, fresh and delicious. Attendant was very polite and efficient. Short wait time. Shop was clean. A great experience all around. Definitely returning.
