Called these guys for information on installing our lift, they were very knowledgeable, quick to respond, and super nice. I know I was bouncing off the walls asking them for information and they were very patient with me. Thanks guys!!
Don't know if they know how to use the phones call anybody back and when you do get ahold of somebody they are clue less say they are coming out and a no show was asked to get a cylinder fixed says it cheaper if we pay cash without a ticket sounds like a well run business.
Called and made appointment for service. They did not show, answer phone calls after, or reply to my voicemail inquiring about rescheduling.
I had an HD-9 BENDPAK carlift installed in my garage on 4/25/2024. The installers: Wyatt Barnett, Chris Smith, and Logan Ackers were professional and personable. They worked well as a team and made a difficult product puzzel and installation look effortless. Wyatt provided good BENDPAK operational instructions. I am very pleased. Thanks!
