My experience was none like I have ever had. I am in the process of getting crowns. I am totally afraid of the dentist, and I am 47. The staff was super hospitable with a great sense of humor. They gave me a squishy toy (that is right, I was like a kid) that made me comfortable. The shocking part was that I felt zero pain. They numbed me using some vibrating machine that injects you with no pain. It was a phenomenal experience and highly recommend any and everyone to try them out.
Ramsey Dental Spa gets 5 stars AGAIN! Dr. Jerry and his entire staff are amazing. Very friendly, professional, courteous and very thorough with information and explanations. This office and staff is top notch. Thank you Dr. Jerry, Angelica and Jenny for making me feel comfortable in expressing my questions/concerns and having my questions answered today.
I'm having an awesome experience there. They were able to call into my pharmacy at 8:30 p.m. to change a medication. They rotate between two offices so while one office was closed I was able to go to the other office to address an emergency. Dentist is extremely friendly and highly competent. They use state-of-the-art equipment to be able to provide outstanding treatment including close up photos of teeth in color . The Team Was Amazing , as someone that is terrified of Dental Offices, They made feel completley at ease, and I felt very comfotable, there was no judgment and I can tell they care very much about there patients.
People friendly and non judgemental. Place clean. I was very comfortable. TV on with something soothing and sweet. I was able to calm down and relax. Imagine that, relaxing in a dentist's office.
