The customer service with Shannahan is one of the worst, and a reminder of why I pulled my personal and business policies with them years ago. Sadly, my parents passed away—they worked with the firm for more than 20 years. We sold my parents’ home this late-spring and needed to cancel the homeowners insurance policy and receive a prorated premium. RecommendedJim has helped me with my car insurance for years now, I hate to say this on here but I did speak to another broker just to see what they can find and Jim beat them with his rates hands down. The other company wasn't sure how Jim does it but he did it. He has found great rates for our teenage driver which saved us over 100.00 a month! same coverage. DO NOT use them!!!! If you were to have a homeowner's claim they DON'T pay out. Extremely POOR service and I am completely discussed with them!!! Have been a loyal customer for several YEARS, and I have been treated horribly!!! They do not fight for there customers with the actual insurance company. Very disappointed with Shannahan Insurance and will be looking else where for insurance immediately. Beware go else where they do not pay out on claims.
Great people to deal with in all categories! Jim, Jim Jr., Eileen and more are phenomenal providers of customer service and information. Highly recommend!
