Absolutely disrespectful. I understand they have a job to do, but there was no warning or heads up of them coming back AGAIN after an insane 2 weeks+ of them ripping up our street about 2 months ago. People have babies, people work overnights, people need their sleep. Starting before 7am is NOT ok with a noise ordnance which they frequently did.
