The service department was very busy on a Friday which is good for the dealership. My service representative explained what to expect given they added a dm through which they explained my 21 point inspection very good. The wait time was not too bad. It’s reliable service.
I called due to a recall for airbags. The service agent set up an appointment for me and I indicated I would wait for the inspection to be completed. Drove in and indicated I would wait for the car. Agent said ok it may take 90 min. I was ok with that. After 90 min my vehicle was still in the lot waiting to be brought in. I was not happy. After discussing this with the agent they went to talk to the shop supervisor. He indicated to her that the car would have to be dropped off for a few days.
