Service was efficient and quick. Mentioned a few recommended services but no hard sell like many dealerships will try.
Had my transmission replaced twice by chrysler on my 2016 town and country. Now it went a 3rd time and they refuse to take any responsibility. Called corporate 5 times. No return call. I'm out another 5 grand. We plan on suing. Update. Brought it to a transmission specialist who took the trans apart and noted that there were bolts that were loose and one was missing. That explains a lot! Still no responce from chrysler.
