I worked with Joey (salesperson) and MJ (finance) for my rescent Jeep purchase. They were both helpful and professional, and most importantly understood my attachment to my 2001 Jeep Cherokee I traded in. I luv Jeep and have only owned Jeeps, and have never been disappointed. I was overcharged for several items. First, they overcharged me for title/registration and would not refund the full amount. (Thanks to Master Card for ruling in my favor for the remainder.) They said they will dispute that with MC but the decision is final. Second, they overcharged me for sales tax and said I need to provide proof. Really? They have the contract, what I paid and the receipt for what they paid (on my behalf to the state). Why make this more difficult for a customer that bought a new truck? This place is so unprofessional after buying a jeep and bring my husbands jeep in for service 9 months after buying the car still waiting for a part. And after spending $2,000 for service still had to bring to a mechanic to get fix what jeep Ramsey said they didn't...... spend your money someplace else this place sucks they don't care about their customers at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
