What a great experience. I booked an appointment for a Saturday morning and he was ready to get started at that time. Great product, great installation and great service! I will recommend to everyone I can!
They advertise a warranty, but when you try to use it, they either ignore you or blame you for the damage. Total gimmick.
I asked for a 20% tint and got something way lighter. When I pointed it out, they claimed it was what I ordered. I felt completely misled.
They promised the job would take 2 hours, but I ended up waiting almost 6. No updates, no apology—just slow and disorganized service.
I use Ramsey Auto Tint for all of my vehicles. I have put them through the ringer with difficult cars each time, and they are always able to deliver excellent quality work, without any issues. Really go out of their way to make sure you understand the process and charge you fairly. I will always use them anytime I need tint work!
