ZERO STARS! This guy is a complete scam artist. He sold me a van that had rolled back miles and a TON of problems and wouldn’t work with me to return it or fix it asides from offering a hundred dollar part that was wrong for the vehicle. Check engine light came on less than a mile away and he convinced me that he would help. Turned out his “mechanic” didn’t see problems throughout the entirety of the vehicle. Ramsey Auto is a rip off don’t buy your car from here at all. He sold me a car that doesn’t pass smog then doesnt even send the title. Very unprofessional and no customer service at all. Go somewhere legit don’t give him your money.
