I had a terrible experience with this auto shop. I had a flat tire, and they told me they would fix it and put the tire back on. They repaired the air leak, which only took a few seconds, but when I asked them to put the tire back on and remove the spare, they asked for more money. We had already agreed on $22, which was supposed to include fixing the tire and reinstalling it. And after he is smiling and denied to work.
My wife and I were stuck 6 hours from home when our brakes went out after our return flight. George got us in first thing, lifted our car up and showed us the exact problem in a way we understood, and took an hour to call around for parts and - when there were none available - performed a temporary fix to make it safe enough to drive home for another mechanic to do the full repair. He then offered a modest fee and asked if it was too much (it wasn't). Best experience with a mechanic I've ever had. Thank you, George!
