The Doctor is fantastic. His staff on the other hand needs alot of work. I called for the second time to make an appt. I never heard back after my first attempt. Today I tried again. I spoke to 7 people ONLY to be told after all that, the prompts, the disconnects etc that Ingrid would be calling me back to schedule within 24-72 hrs. Are you kidding me? I spoke with Vern, Iliana, Karen, Jason, Daniel and Yolanda. I still do not have an appt. Vern connected me directly to the office for scheduling. Jason escalated another mess... read more
