I had a fantastic experience with Damien while recovering from my shoulder injury. He was knowledgeable, supportive, and took the time to tailor a program specifically to my needs and goals. His clear explanations and progressive approach gave me confidence throughout my rehab, and I’ve seen great improvements in both strength and function. And he was super friendly! Highly recommend Damien to anyone experiencing pain or injuries.
Rolled my ankle back in December was able to get in before Christmas and have been cleared for 3 months later. Damo is very knowledgeable of the injury I sustained and was able to tailor a rehab treatment that suited my level of fitness and mobility. Hopefully I never need to see a physio again but if I do I will definitely be heading back to see Damo. Note: This injury was also a workers compensation claim.
Highly knowledgeable, good looking bloke. Had adhesions in my calve and Damien was able to treat this within a few sessions. Realistic approach to his rehab plans.

I've seen many people over the years but have never felt as comfortable as I do with Damo. He is extremely patient, professional, kind and so knowledgeable. Can't see my self not having regular EP sessions with Damo. Strongly recommend Damo 😊
