AWFUL! Very unprofessional. Bought the car, transferred the money, received the car. The car was missing the spare, jack, and antenna. Mr. Ramsey said he would get those things to me. I had to call him several times to get the title sent. He yelled and swore at me and told me I didn't know anything. Mr. Ramsey is terribly hot headed, rude, unprofessional, and mean. Unbelievable Service,Price,Quality and Class is Above and Beyond Mr. Ramsey is a man of his word, I would definitely buy another car from him. We bought a 2011 Merceds-Benz S 500
