This company towed my car from my own private garage parking spot at 147 C North Street, Newton. I had to pay $225 in cash only to get my vehicle back. They refused to accept card payment and forced me to bring cash, which feels extremely unfair and exploitative. Even though I asked for an explanation, they simply said “cash only.” This is not professional and makes customers feel taken advantage of. My car stalled after towing ,and get my 230$ cash only .they not accept debit/credit card . No respect for people, terrible company
