Absolutely rude disgusting human beings terrible customer service. Sent me a certified letter stating I had to pay them for having my car parked illegally and they “towed me” don’t know how they got my name or address and now they are hanging up on me when I call. To put in perspective I don’t have the car they sent me the letter about and I’ve never even been in Waltham
Negative 1 star. Awful, hostile, borderline fraudulent company. My car got towed unlawfully and not only did the employee who was egregiously rude to me refuse to give me his name, he also refused to give me the name or contact information of anyone in management. Which is illegal for any company. Has their cash app and Venmo plastered on the company walls but insisted that I alone only pay in cash. Discriminatory. This company should be reported on all platforms.
Very easy to understand english. The board clearly says ‘No Stopping No Standing’ and ‘No Parking This Side’. But parked on the side walk right at the intersection and caused traffic at the intersection. Someone’s brain got towed.
