We have wanted to visit this restaurant for a long time but only make it do Boston maybe 2x a year. We took advantage of the Boston Dine Pri Fixe menu during Restaurant Week. We both started with the Lobster Bisque Appetizer and it was amazing, so smooth and flavorful with large chunks of Lobster meat, mainly tail meat. The breakfast was okay, but not great. Both the avocado toast and French toast taste like they were on store bought, shelf stable bread. Additionally, the French toast was pretty soggy on the top middle.
Best restaurant I’ve ever been in. I got the beef Wellington, which was amazing along with the sticky toffee pudding, which was very sweet and recommended. They even had the best crispy brussels sprouts I’ve ever tasted as an appetizer. I highly recommend the sticky chicken wings they hot, delicious and sweet. Our server was nice, constantly refilling our cups and asking if we needed anything, it was really good for the price.
Make sure to avoid this place at all costs if you have back problems. After paying for our reservation, we were greeted by high top tables with no backs on Valentine's Day. After asking our server if we could switch to a booth, he said no that they were totally booked, and then 10 minutes later let the couple next to us come in and switch to a booth. Service was horrendous. Over an hour and 20 mins to get our food and our server completely didn’t check in once. Also our starters never came
