They fined me and refused to refill my script because i missed an appointment for an emergency. Fair enough yet they are always late. Im quickly losing faith in the relic that is the Australian medical industry. I can find all the information i need on the computers just as they do, except i have to pay them to to cut through the red tape. Extortionate.
The front of house reception staff are fantastic! They are so helpful and patient when I'm on the phone with them. Thank you for being there!
