Dr Ilya Moskalev has been absolutely exceptional. He is compassionate, highly skilled, and helping me greatly. I could not rate him more highly, and I want to be clear that my issue is not with him. My issue is entirely with Ramsay Psychology’s corporate leadership. "I'm not just a pyshcologist, I can be your friend" Unethical, leaves therapist in a place of power, very dangerous mentality. That can be used to abuse people who are vunerable. Also, you do not pay $200 to see a friend. Insulting and shocking. I had to call to complain about an AI tool being used to take notes during the session (who knows if it applies to privacy laws? This clinic provides the support and wellbeing for people who deal with MH. They offer many services and they are all so kind from the receptionist to the clinician! Thank you parramatta clinic for supporting me throughout my treatment!
