I had a deeply distressing experience at this facility. Instead of receiving the care and support I needed, I felt retraumatised during my time there. Despite expressing my concerns, I was discharged without any clear communication or follow-up. I did not receive any discharge paperwork or my blood test results, even after multiple requests. This lack of transparency and compassion was incredibly disappointing. I truly hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements for future patients.

This clinic was great for my first stay being so trauma focused. Now after my second stay, not so much. It's becoming more of a detox clinic with little support surrounding trauma which is what it was intended for.

I just want to preface this by saying that the sole purpose of my admission to RCT was to withdraw from medications as I was DOING WELL and my mental health was good. Thus I did not go there in crisis, or with poor mental health. Also, on paper, RCT has a 5 stage program (incorporating both inpatient and outpatient), with the final 2 stages being where you processed your individual trauma, and continue to work on your trauma post processing.
