Left hospital worse than I went in. Had staff go through my belongings while I was out of the room and was then assaulted by a staff member in the same admission. Reported this to management but they elected to not report it further presumably to protect there reputation. Horrible place where you are treated as a diagnosis rather than a human being. Attempted to contact them multiple times but have been completely ignored.
Excellent experience dealing with Ramsay while a loved one was an inpatient here. Great communication, the facilities, food and day programs were great. All the staff I spoke to were understanding and knowledgeable. Thankyou.
I'm a bit shocked someone could give this clinic one star, but I respect others experiences. All that I can say was that I had two admissions there in 2017 and it was fantastic! Although I lived in Brisbane, I took the leap of faith and went up there when not one of the four main private mental health clinics in Brisbane could help. I really had a breakthrough here. The psychiatrist didn't take what I said seriously and went off on a tangent and didn't help me at all. The nurses are rude and they treat you like a child, one nurse screamed her head off at me and berated me for accidentally missing one of the classes. You'll end up crazier going to Archerview.
