I completed the 4-week inpatient mental health program at Ramsay Clinic Caloundra (March/April 2025) and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The staff were compassionate, professional, and genuinely focused on individual needs. My psychiatrist took a balanced approach—not relying solely on medication—which made a big difference for me. Was sent here from the public system to private for a day procedure and it was the absolute best I have ever been treated ! All the staff and team listened to me and I was treated with the best care I’ve ever seen ! I even got something to eat before I left. ! Can’t get any better. Totally recommend the day surgery.
Ramsay Clinic Caloundra is a safe place to begin your recovery journey. Nurses create a welcoming and professional environment which makes you feel safe in the day to day routine of the clinic. The Allied health staff/program facilitators are amazing and really know their stuff. They are up to date with the latest research which I found comforting. The psychiatrist was great.
