Had a day surgery and from the reception staff to the nurses, doctors and theatre staff, everyone was incredible. I was made to feel cared for and looked after through every step of the process. When you feel vulnerable and scared, the team here show compassion and care, are friendly and considerate about everything, even down to the lovely lady who made the delicious sandwiches for after my procedure! Thank you for all you do, it doesn’t go unnoticed.
Life saving, life changing. Nurses and staff are caring, compassionate and understanding. If you wake up at 3am with anxiety they will happily come and sit with you through that and give great advice and guidance. I wish I knew about Ramsey 10 years ago when I moved to Queensland
Oh my god and I am a Christian but please do not think that this place will help you. Not only did I get abused by staff swearing at me telling me that they don’t have to put up with my shit just after they’ve done a 12 hour but today They got a nurse very unprofessional To tell me I was on a category three where I could not go out to church on Sunday and then said that I discharged myself without discharging at all. I completed the 4-week inpatient mental health program at Ramsay Clinic Caloundra (March/April 2025) and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The staff were compassionate, professional, and genuinely focused on individual needs. My psychiatrist took a balanced approach—not relying solely on medication—which made a big difference for me. Was sent here from the public system to private for a day procedure and it was the absolute best I have ever been treated ! All the staff and team listened to me and I was treated with the best care I’ve ever seen ! I even got something to eat before I left. ! Can’t get any better. Totally recommend the day surgery.
