Was seeing Dr Ramalingam and had no issues with him. The reception team however, so unprofessional. Part of my treatment was to go to Pacific Sleep for studies for sleep apnea. It took three months, 5-10 phone calls and two personal visits to try and get referral to Pacific Sleep. Should have gone to my GP and got it in 5mins. The reception team there were not helpful, had no answers and didn't seem to care about their patients. Great hospital, great staff and fantastic psychiatrist. Would highly recommend. I'm doing great now and only go in for a rest or tune up!
A family member had a referral for Dr. Ramalingam and we waited for months to hear back to begin appointments and heard nothing. I followed up today and spoke to a receptionist who said the Dr. declined to treat my family member - no reason provided? Plus we never received any sort of notification that the referral was declined. Aren't doctors meant to help people? Didn't realise you could just pick and choose your patients as you please. Putrid service. Highly unprofessional.
