Very informative staff and well supported during my six week stay
We travelled from Adelaide to Melbourne to have my family member admitted to Ramsay Clinic Albert Road. The process of arranging an inpatient stay anywhere in Adelaide was stressful and felt impossible, but Ramsay made everything easy and were incredibly helpful from the very beginning. The rooms were comfortable, the staff were supportive and genuinely caring, and the whole environment felt safe and welcoming. Honestly, getting a GP referral to this place is the best thing I have done for myself in years. The staff were supportive and professional, the private rooms well maintained and the variety in therapy options were a beautiful wrap around approach that included nutrition, movement, talk therapy & psychiatry and medication where appropriate. I went in to the clinic in a very bad place and came out knowing how to take care of myself and others again. Can't thank the team enough. If you need support - please reach out.
This place changed my life for the better and gave me the tools to get well and stay well - thank you to the whole team at Yarra West.
