Dr. Sam is the man! He doesent just push a generic treatment. He is very involved, thoughtful and thinks outside of the box. All of the nurses are great too. Very happy to have found this clinic.
We have brought our 2 cats there a few times, first 2 times were positive but the last time we were in the vet was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. While doing the exam he did not vocalize to us what was happening or what to prepare for (as we were holding the cat) resulting in my partner being scratched. I had follow up questions that were left unanswered because the vet left the room quickly and did not return. Lulu was swarmed by yellow jackets at 6am on a Sunday. Luckily I had antihistamines and gave her one quickly. I monitored her all morning until I called Ramsay Animal Clinic. The wonderful receptionist was so kind and calming. She got us in at 11:00am that afternoon. The vet looked over the exact antihistamine I gave her, I brought the bottle to be safe, and recommended an injection alongside.
