Impressive customer service. Team kept me informed of their arrival time, very professional, proficient in conducting their inspections, and timeliness of their work. Office staff was also very courteous, friendly, and informative!

These guys are Amazing! They weatherized my house and not only is it more comfortable inside, but it looks amazing on the outside as well. The work crew is cordial and efficient and the Lady's who set the appointments are just as friendly if not more. So if you want your house/apartment/condo weatherized, I highly Recommend the Rams team. Very professional with A+ service!!

I went through the Casa Verde program and chose RAMS Weatherization, and I’m very glad I did. Rosie was my main point of contact, and every other person I spoke with was just as friendly and helpful. I was told that because of the holidays the process might take a little longer than usual, but that really wasn’t the case. They came out to assess our home fairly quickly and told us they would contact us after January 5 to schedule the work. Right on January 5, I got a call and we were scheduled for the very next day. I recently got service by Rams weatherization office service was excellent very helpful and very friendly. Work service done to my home excellent as well. Highly recommend.
