The worst company to ever deal with. They have taken my money and never sent the unit. Do not give them any business, go local!
Do not do business with these people. Worst business experience I've ever had terrible communication. High pressure sales cannot hit a deadline to save their life. This company takes your money and does not ship the product. It has been over a year trying to get my money back. Do not use this company.
AVOID at all costs. RAMROD and their parent company, Leon MFG, took our deposit for 3 units, but never shipped them. They refused a refund for a year. After agreeing in writing to a refund, they AGAIN refused to give us our money back. We were forced to take them to court to get our deposit returned.
Honestly one of the worst and most unprofessional business I’ve ever worked with. Every time we order sometimes we pay the amount right away and yet somehow it still take them over a month to get back to us after we are trying to get a hold of them every single day of the week. Sales manager just cares for his commission after he gets paid. He’s on you until you pay them after that he ignores you and doesn’t give you accurate or clear information.
