We had a dryer duct that was stuck in the open position and pests were trying to get in there. When I called Tony he immediately told me the services they would provide and gave me times to swing by on the same day. He gave me a rough estimate and they were able to come by that same afternoon. They did a great job and I will used them again in the future. Tony also spotted some other issues and made recommendations on the best way to move forward. Ramirez Duct Cleaning is excellent and I highly recommend them.
Furnace service was exceptional! The technician walked me through everything, and he was very knowledgeable. My furnace runs more efficiently now, and much quieter. They are honest and very friendly. Couldn't ask for better. I will definitely use them for future maintenance.
