We had an amazing experience working with Rampart on our roof replacement. From the start, Jake was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I was a bit overwhelmed by the idea of dealing with the insurance company as a new homeowner, but he guided us through the entire process, making it smooth and easy. The Rampart team did such a quick and amazing job on the roof, and Jake was there all day to keep everything on track. We highly recommend Rampart to everyone!
Rampart Xtreme has been a pleasure to work with. Joe and Jake were both able to stop out multiple times to help me navigate an insurance claim for hail damage as well as make some small adjustments I needed to complete a solar install afterwards. They've been responsive and available for any follow-up questions as well. The crew showed up exactly when planned and left with hardly a trace. Roof and gutters look flawless.
Had wind and hail damage to my home in 2025. Insurance company said only needs 7 shingles and air vents on roof replaced. Contacted Rampart Xtreme and Jake came out. He showed me the amount of damage done and dealt with the insurance company, so I did not have to. End result after the insurance company came out for a 2nd inspection with Jake present. Joe and team were so very helpful! I needed some repairs, and Joe got my whole roof covered with my insurance. Very thankful that my friend recommended him to me, and highly recommend to others.
Joe was great to work with. He took over dealing with my insurance company and got me the storm damage coverage I was due. Once scheduled my roof was completed in less than a day.
