As a well trusted colleague who I had complete trust in, Tracy asked me for information that she needed badly. Once this information was given to her she turned her back on me. I was very hurt by her action toward me. I called several times for an explanation however, she intentionally ignored my calls to discuss this matter. I have learned this behavior occurs with another colleagues. Tracy is NOT a registered Psychologist but only a "COUNSELLER" keep this in mind. As a colleague Tracy asked me for information that she needed badly. Once this information was given to her I learned she turned her back on me. I was very hurt by this news and she ignored my calls to discuss this matter. Tracy is NOT a Psychologist but only a "counsellor" keep this in mind. Tracy also frequently changes her last name on her website from Knudsen to Cochrane to hide this. I would not recommend anyone for her counselling services.
Highly recommend Tracy. I can not say enough wonderful things about her. I tried therapy in the past and never felt comfortable or safe sharing things. I feel she goes above and beyond and has really helped me navigate a really difficult time in my life.
