Barely basic care Kaiser is well known across the nation as a huge primary care facility for people with HMO insurance. For that reason, I was not expecting to be pampered at all when I went in for my bladder infection or UTI. But, at the very least, I had expected to maybe see a doctor or even a nurse after a few hours of waiting on the day of my appointment. That didn't happen and my condition worsened for the next week. In and out and friendly I've been with Kaiser all my life and have had few issues with them. The entire staff is friendly and helpful with directions as well as answering any questions I had. All the doctors I have had are friendly and ger personal with you and relate stories or experiences with ones similar to yours to make you comfortable. I also like the pharmacy here as your Name is displayed when it's your time to pick up your prescription.
