They dont back up the Lifetime Warranty, Mt stair chair stopped working a few weeks ago and I called to get them to come fix it and they said is would cost like 300.00 for the service call. do not do business with this company unless you can afford to line their pockets, I cannot go upstairs without the stair chair.
