MY HUSBAND AND I WERE VERY INTERESTED IN A TRUCK THEY WERE SELLING BUT THE FRONT TIRES WERE BALD AND THEY WOULD’NT HELP US AT ALL. I ALWAYS THOUGHT THAT BEING A BUSINESS PERSON THAT YOU TRY TO MAKE YOUR COSTUMERS HAPPY. WELL JOHN PICKET THE MANAGER DID NOT MAKE US HAPPY, ACTUALLY HE WANTED US TO PAY 600. Service takes very long, no communication from advisor about status, did not return or answer my calls, charges extremely high, I was charge for 6 hours for simple repair, loos pin on PCM, parts $1.99 . If you can go somewhere else.
I called service for an appointment for my vehicle. I was given the choice of any time the following day. Friendly service advisor and spoke to Mike R. who insured me that my vehicle was up to date on service. Pleasure to see and talk to people who are friendly and professional in their business. They got mad i didnt wanna work with them charged me an ourageous diagnostic fee and disabled my hood latch to inconvience me cant trust them
