Had them come out and do a appraisal for my yard. They said they would be here Saturday. About 4pm Saturday I called, because no one showed up. No awnser left a messege. Got a prompt call back, saying 'sorry we forgot to call you. Our truck broke. Can we reschedule for 10 tomorrow?' So I agreed. Next day I waited till 2. No phone call and now one showed up. I called. Again no awnser so I left a messege that again no one was here and I was displeased and hung up. I'll be looking for some one else. Worst part.. I live in monro... read more
I've worked with Ramos Land Care several times in the past 4 weeks and hired Ismael and his Team again for a job today. The work has been completed as requested. Job site left clean and tidy. I'm also very pleased with the level of communication I have recieved from Ismael. I will continue utilizing Ramos Land Care for my groundskeeping needs.
Ismael and his team were very hard working and very respectful. I enjoyed their energy along with the quality of their work. Iam beyond pleased with how my project turned out. Thank you!
Ramos land care is top tier! He comes everytime I need him and handles every project I come up with professionally and with perfection! I’ve been using him for years and he’s never let me down! I love coming home to a well manicured lawn!! He does just about everything from building to pathways for me! Can’t say enough about him! If you are looking for reliable and incredibly nice and amazing land care person this is your guy!
I set up an appointment for Friday, here it is Saturday and I have yet to receive a call back from them. Not a good way to start off with a new customer.
