Dr Ramos office is only interested in billing your insurance for visits and procedures. Left me hanging several times waiting for presentations and was not helpful at all. Go elsewhere.
This doctor is not looking to care for your elderly. He recently took away a prescription from my father that he NEEDS and did not try to help us out when things started to go wrong. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE!!! DONT BE FOOLED, HE NEEDS TO RETIRE, HES GETTING TOO OLD . HE HATES WHEN YOU ASK THE GOOD QUESTIONS WHEN AS A LUNG DOCTOR, YOUR RESPONSE SHOULD BE HELPFUL ESPECIALLY WHEN CANCER IS INVOLVED!!
Dr. Ramos was a great doctor. I never had an issue with him until today. Dr. Ramos acted like I was a bother to him. I have enough health issues without the doctor treating me like I am bothering him. Update: got rid of Dr Ramos. Never a phone call or an apology.
