Had a phone appointment to get answers about some questions i had. I received the phone call sharp at 1500 and everything was very straight forward. Talked to a lawyer after answering a questionnaire. The lawyer was very courteous and answered all of my questions without a rush. Even after my question on whether or not he'd recommend of getting a lawyer to help with the process, he honestly told me that it is not necessary for my case, unless I'd feel more comfortable. These law firms really care for their customers. Nowadays, we don't see that very often. They went out of their way to help me the best they could with my case and even refunded my consultation fee when they couldn't help me with my case. I really appreciate that there are still good people like them who truly care about others.
