As with the previous reviewer... I have been completely ghosted and my taxes were not filed. I am completely shocked and have no idea how to proceed from here. It makes me wonder if personal information is being taken from her home and she is dodging people because she no longer has it.
Have a major issue with my taxes and she will not respond or assist in any way. I made her aware of the issue 11/13/24 and she has not done anything to resolve it.
