Excellent quality and service – The warehouse is huge and offers a wide variety of selections. The staff knows their stuff and are there to help when you need it but don't follow you around the store. Very professional and friendly. Prices and quality were good as well. The store is across the street from Costco so you have to park on the street or in the costco parking lot.
Bad return policy and bad work ethics! do not shop @ Ramos! – About 3 years ago I purchased some "top of the line" "Italian" leather sofa set that cost over $3,000.00 The customer service was decent throught out this process; who wouldn't if you are trying to lure in a customer right. Their knowledge was quite lacking making the process a bit long but in the end I bought those "Italian" sofas.
