I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but my experience was disappointing. Our initial call was brief, after which I promptly sent all the information needed for a quote. They provided some details but were minimally responsive. We then scheduled an appointment, but they didn’t answer. I tried arranging another appointment and confirming the time, but they simply read my messages and never replied. I wish they had communicated more effectively and respected my time.
I fractured ankle this summer and urgently needed help unloading my vehicle! When I called their office, a woman answered who was unhesitatingly willing to go the extra mile and do whatever it took to make it happen! When the men showed up to my rescue, they handled my belongings gently and were also super polite! FYI-I would highly recommend using this company for any of your daily tasks which you need a hand with! Thanks so much for everything!
Had work done to clean and repair our patio. The work was done very efficiently and professionally. I believe the gentleman’s name was Eudes who did the work and cared about the job he did. We’re very appreciative of everything and glad we found Ramos Construction.
