ramos Cabinetry Llc has purchased cabinets from us (Jarlin Cabinetry/Warehouse Distributiors Charlotte NC) and written bad checks. after a police report and a detective from CMPD was assigned, finally, after many months, the bad check was made good . then most recently because we will NOT take checks from them anymore, used a credit card to pick up an order which we have clear pictures of them picking up the order and then disputed with their credit card company that they had anything to do with the purchase, which is ironic... read more

I am writing to share my extremely unprofessional experience with this company. The owner has issued bad checks and failed to respond to any communication for months. Most recently, he picked up an order in person and paid via credit card, only to dispute the charges as fraudulent three months later. We have clear security footage of him picking up the order and using his card for the transaction. Running a business requires mutual trust and timely payment so that vendors can pay their own suppliers and support their familie... read more

I would give a zero if I could. Ramos Cabinetry picked up an order from our Jarlin Charlotte location then disputed with thier credit card that they had nothing to do with the order, yet the camera proves that is not the case as the man is clearly wearing a "Ramos Cabinetry LLC shirt" - including the Ramos Cabinetry logo as pictured on their website.
